MAHMUD RAQI (PAN): A bomb jolted the Tagab district headquarters in central Kapisa province before Tuesday noon, officials and witnesses said.
The blast happened inside the district office complex at about 11am, Fahim said giving a witness account. He saw ambulances shifting casualties from the scene.
Qais Qadiri, the governor’s spokesman, confirmed to Pajhwok Afghan News the explosion occurred inside the district headquarters.
He said two policemen were killed in the blast triggered by explosives placed inside a carton of pomegranates. The spokesman would not blame anyone for the attack.
