KABUL (Pajhwok): The capital Kabul experiences intermittent rains on Saturday when the Afghans go the polls, with certain roads have closed for traffic to ensure public safety.
Even vehicles of Pajhwok Afghan News were not allowed to ply the roads with its staff facing hurdles to covering the landmark presidential and provincial elections.
A traffic police official said vehicles’ entry into central parts of the city was not allowed for security concerns. The traffic problem haunted voters soon after polling started at around 7: 00am.
