JALALABAD (PAN): Nangarhar Education Department head Allah Daad Ismailzai laid down the foundation stone of a school in Kaama district of eastern Nangarhar province.

The two-storey building, costing $25, 7990 will be constructed with the financial support of middle Asian aiding society, Ismailzai told Pajhwok Afghan News.
