Conference on child health begins on Saturday
The French Medical Institute for Children for Children (FMIC) in Kabul is organising the conference as part of events marking the fifth anniversary of its operations.
About 250 participants, including 16 international specialists and healthcare representatives from all of Afghanistan’s 34 provinces, will attend the gathering.
The conference would enable Afghan and international paediatricians to share new research on child health in Afghanistan and discuss the progress made in this area since 2006, FMIC hoped.
