2 ANA soldiers killed in Khost
KHOSTCITY (PAN): Two Afghan soldiers were killed and a third was injured in a roadside bombing in the southeastern province of Khost, officials said on Wednesday.
The explosion took place on Tuesday evening, when a vehicle of Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers struck a roadside bomb in Prata Ghondai area of Sabari district, spokesman of 203rd Tandar military corps in Khost, Saat Gul, told Pajhwok Afghan News.
Two soldiers were killed and another was injured in the blast, he said.
More than five soldiers suffered casualties in the blast, a resident of the area, Wali Mohammad, said.
Two helicopters took the victims after the incident, he said.
