ISAF soldier killed in roadside blast

KABUL, the military alliance said on Saturday.

The death was announced in a brief statement from the multinational force that neither disclosed the victim’s nationality nor the exact location of the explosion.

Mostly American troops are in stationed in the south, the Taliban‘s heartland. The latest fatality brings to 122 the number of foreign soldiers killed in the country since the start of 2011.
