Using all available resources, Afghans should try to acquire education, said Abdul Ghafoor Lewal, the Regional Studies Centre director. “Everyone should have a few books in one’s home to promote the reading culture among children.”
In his paper read out on the occasion, Dr. Ibrahim Shinwari called for popularising women is a country where the female literacy level is dismally low.”
