Mujaddedi to head preparatory body for Loya Jirga

KABUL on strategic cooperation with the US.

The traditional jirga and the US, a government-run news agency reported on Sunday.

Mujaddedi, the former chairman of the Meshrano Jirga, has been tasked with leading the preparatory body, Bakhtar said. Leading the Afghan National Liberation Front, he was named as president in 1992.
