2 policemen killed in Laghman twin blasts

JALALABAD (PAN): Two policemen were killed and nine others wounded in two back-to-back explosions in eastern Laghman province, officials said on Saturday.

The blasts happened in the Do Saraka area between Alishang and Alingar districts, the governor’s spokesman, Faizan Patan, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

Two bodies and nine inured policemen were brought to hospital, Laghman Civil Hospital Director Dr. Abdul Latif Qayyumi said. The injured are reported in stable condition.
