GHAZNI (PAN): One road construction company guard was killed and another injured in a bomb blast in southern Ghazni province, officials said on Monday.
The explosion took place late on Sunday in the compound of the company in Qarabagh district, the deputy police chief for the Ghazni said.
The Rasuli Wardak Company was asphalting the road between Qarabagh and Jaghori districts, Mohammad Hassan told Pajhwok Afghan News.
Abdullah Jan, a shopkeeper in the area, said the heavy blast damaged the firm’s office and some machines.
