6 ISAF soldiers killed
KABUL (PAN): In southern Afghanistan yesterday, four International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) service members died as a result of non-battle related injuries, and one died following a militant attack, according to a statement issued by ISAF.
Another ISAF soldier was killed two days ago as the result of a militant attack in eastern Afghanistan.
In keeping with their policy, ISAF has not released the identities or nationalities of the fallen soldiers.
So far this year, 250 soldiers with the international coalition in Afghanistan have been killed.
