5 Taliban killed in Ghor

CHAGHCHARAN (PAN, officials said on Monday.

The clash started when Taliban fighters attacked a police patrol on Sunday night in Taidya area of Shahrak district, acting provincial police chief Col. Abdul Rashid Bashir told Pajhwok Afghan News.

The attackers took three of their dead with them but left two bodies behind, he said.

They also left two rocket launchers and two Walkie Talkies on the scene, he said.

The police suffered no casualties in the firefight, he said.
