Over 200 bags of the bomb-making material were discovered based on a tip from locals in the Kamari area of Bagrami district of Kabul, Col. Mohammad Zahir, a police officer in Kabul’s 101st zone, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

He said that while police had opened an investigation, no one has yet been detained in connection with the discovery.
