Explosives, suicide instruments discovered

KABUL): Security forces confiscated explosives and suicide instruments in Kabul, officials said on Wednesday.

The explosives and suicide instruments were found under a bridge during a search operation in the Khwaja Lagan area of the Paghman district, according to a statement issued by the media office of the 101^st zone police headquarters.

According to the statement, the munitions included 18 hand grenades, 85 kilograms of explosives, 5 remote-controlled mines, 2 BM1 shells and several suicide vests.
