KABULinfo-icon (PANinfo-icon): Carrying an unlicensed weapon or tinting a car's windows is not allowed in Kabul or anywhere else in Afghanistaninfo-icon, the Interior Ministry said in a statement on Monday.

The statement went on to say that terrorists, gunmen and armed robbers were using tinted windows to avoid detection while carrying out illegal activities and threatening the country's security.

The statement also declared unlicensed possession of weapons such as RPGs and hand grenade illegal across the country. Those carrying such weapons without a license will be subject to police action, the statement said.

In the same statement, the Interior Ministry urged government authorities, commanders, parliamentarians, and private security companies to cooperate with police enforcement of the rule.
