BALKH, July 28, 2011: Mohammad Yunus Muqeem, Head of Balkh Municipality, inaugurates the Afghan-Turkish Park in a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the northern province of Balkh on Thursday.

The park was constructed with the cost of $5 million, Muqeem told reporters.
