The statement adds that two ISAF soldiers were killed in a roadside bombing while the third died from a non-battle related injury.
On Thursday, another ISAF soldier was killed when an individual wearing an Afghan National Police uniform turned his weapon against the service member in eastern Afghanistan.
ISAF and Afghan officials are investigating the incident and more information will be released as it becomes available.
In a separate incident, an ISAF solider died following an insurgent attack in eastern Afghanistan today.
It is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities.
338 foreign troops, including 243 US soldiers, have been so far killed in Afghanistan in 2011.
