Work on 4 schools launched in Sar-i-Pul
SAR-I-PUL (PAN): Construction of four secondary schools would resolve the space problem of 2,000 students in northern Sar-i-Pul province, an official said on Sunday.
The schools are being built in Suzma, Qala, Sancharak and Gosfandi districts, Director of Education Abdul Ghafoor told Pajhwok Afghan News.
He said each of the four schools would have seven classrooms, two administrative rooms and other required facilities. The UNICEF-funded schools, costing $482,000, will be completed by the end of the current year.
