HERAT, Sept 05, 2011: Over 150 families displaced from Gulistan district of western Farah province seek out to barely fulfill basic needs in western Herat province.

“We were compelled to leave our village as insurgents begun to torture civilians and beheaded seven of our villagers”, a displaced woman said.
