Turkish citizen killed in Herat blast
HERAT CITY (PAN): One Turkish citizen was killed and two others were injured in a road side bombing in the Shindand district of western Heart province on Thursday, an official said.
The incident took place in the eastern part of the Shindand air port, when a vehicle of the Turkish nationals hit a roadside bomb, said police spokesman Abdul Rauf Ahmadi.
He said it was not yet known which company the victims worked for.
A Taliban spokesman, Qari Yusuf Ahmadi, claimed five Turkish citizens were killed in the bomb attack.
