Arms dump found in Nangarhar
JALALABAD (PAN): An arms depot was unearthed in the Kama district of eastern Nangarhar province on Monday, an official said.
The weapons dump was found in the Akhund Kala area by border police, the eastern zone border police commander told Pajhwok Afghan News.
Brig. Gen. Aminullah Amarkhel said the arms were buried in a field, he said. The cache included seven missiles, six rockets, 24 landmines, 23 remote-controlled bombs and 48 anti-personnel mines.
