Roadside bombing kills 2 in Baghlan
PULI-KHUMRI (PAN): Two people were killed and three others injured in a remote-controlled bomb explosion in the Borka district of northern Baghlan province on Monday.
The incident took place at about 4pm, when a police vehicle was passing by, said Javed Basharat, the provincial police spokesman. Police suffered no casualties in the blast, he added.
Basharat said the victims were aged between 20 and 17. They were busy playing volleyball in a roadside area. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
