LASHKARGAH (PAN): Estonia on Sunday donated three ambulances to the public health department of southern Helmand province.

The PRT-donated vehicles were given to the public health department, said Dr. Nisar Ahmad Barak, the Helmand Civil Hospital head.

Forensic officer, Dr. Ashraf Naderi, put the vehicles' cost at $50,000. The hospital already had four ambulances but could not meet patients' needs.
