The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) shot dead a 60-year-old farmer, Syed Mohammad, arrested his two sons and as many other nephews on Saturday night in the Maidanak village of Spin Ghar district, said tribal elder Malak Osman.
He told Pajhwok Afghan News: “This operation conducted by foreign troops was an unjust and inhuman action against the locals.”
The overnight raid was conducted by the NATO-led troops against the ordinary residents of the area, district chief Shokrullah said.
