BALKH, Oct 15, 2011: A number of teachers attend a test of the Priority Reconstruction Reforms (PRR) organized by the Ministry of Education aimed at increasing the salaries of servants in northern Balkh province.

More than 3000 teachers attended the examination, an official said.
