3 killed by own explosives in Khost

KHOST (PAN): Two mine planters were killed and three others arrested during a joint operation in southeastern Khost province, Col. Shah Sawar, a spokesman for the 203^rd military crops, told Pajhwok Afghan News on Thursday.

The operation was conducted by Afghan and ISAF forces in Sabari district. The militants were sent to a base of foreign troops. Another rebel was killed by the explosive device he was planting in the Sheikh Amir area of Gurbaz district at about 10 pm, said Zyarat Gul, the provincial police spokesman.
