KABUL beginning tomorrow, an official said on Tuesday.
The decision comes after the government announced two public holidays for the jirga ministry spokesman Abdul Sabur Ghufrani said.
Kabul city traffic department head, Brig. Gen. Noor-ud-Din Hamdard on Monday said all roads leading to the site of the four-day assembly would remained closed until the event was concluded due to security concerns.
Ghufrani said if the government announced Saturday as off day, then the schools would remain closed that day also.
