4 civilians injured in Nangarhar collision
By Abdul Mueed Hashimi Dec 26, 2011 - 13:52JALALABAD (PAN): Four civilians were wounded when a foreign military vehicle rammed into a car in in the eastern province of Nangarhar on Monday, an official said.
The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) vehicle collided with the car on the Jalalabad-Torkham highway in Momand Dara district.
District chief, Noor Agha Kamran, said the ISAF tank flipped over as a result of the collision, wounding four civilians in another car, coming from Torkham to Jalalabad.
Three of the wounded civilians were reported to be in critical condition, according to Kamran.
