    PRT-funded dam inaugurated in Ghazni (Video)

    GHAZNI CITY, Dec 29, 2011: The newly constructed dam in southern Ghazni province. 

    Funded by the Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT), the project cost $470,000, an official said.
