ASADABAD (PAN): Kunar Governor Sayed Fazlullah Wahidi receives a machin-gun from an armed insurgent loyal to Hazebi-Islami of Afghanistan (HIA) in capital city of eastern Kunar province. 

17-member of HIA joined the government-initiated peace process, an official said.
