KABUL (PAN): On the eastern outskirts of the capital, several militants attacked the Kabul Military Training Centre and a NATO military base in the Pul-i-Charkhi area. The afternoon attack in the Paktiakot neighborhood of the 9th police district was carried out by three armed insurgents, , a security official said on condition of anonymity.
