KABUL (PAN): National Directorate of Security (NDS) agents arrested six would-be suicide bombers with a large amount of explosives in capital Kabul, an official said on Monday. NDS deputy spokesman Shafiqullah Tahiri said the detainees were arrested with a huge amount of Potassium Chloride and explosives-laden vehicles in the 8th police district of Kabul City.
