3 police killed in Kandahar suicide blast (Video)

KANDAHAR CITY (PAN):  Three policemen were killed in a suicide attack on their check-post in southern Kandahar province on Thursday morning, officials said. 

The incident happened at around 5am when a bomber on a motorcycle blew himself up in the Yarana Market area of the fourth police district of Kandahar City.

Javed Faisal, a spokesman for the Kandahar governor, told Pajhwok Afghan News three policemen were killed in the attack. No one suffered injuries, he added.

But an official at the Mirwais Civil Hospital said four men slightly injured in the attack were evacuated to the hospital.
