KABUL’s wing of the Jamiat-i-Islah in Kabul on Friday, an official said.
The competition was held at the Salam University, a Jamiat-i-Islah member, Masooda Jami, told Pajhwok Afghan News. The contestants belonged to Kabul, Kapisa, Parwan and Nangarhar provinces.
She said the event was aimed at increasing the knowledge of the rising generation, especially girls, about the life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his wives. It would promote Islamic culture and studies.
Jami said the first and second position holders would be awarded laptops while the third contestant would receive a desktop computer. The results will be announced next month.
