FARAH CITY (PAN): Two foreign troops were wounded in a roadside bombing that caused their armoured vehicle to flip over in western Farah province on Wednesday.
The Italian soldiers with ISAF were treated for slight wounds to their arms after the blast on the road between Bala Baluk and Shewan towns, a Kyrgyz news agency reported.
According to AKI, an Afghan interpreter with the soldiers was also injured in the attack on a convoy of nine armoured vehicles.
Around 4,000 Italian soldiers in the ISAF framework are conducting peacekeeping operations and training Afghan forces.
