ISAF loses another soldier in south
The death was announced in a brief statement from the NATO-led force that neither gave the soldier’s nationality nor the exact location of the attack. But mostly, US, British and Canadian troops are stationed in the Taliban’s southern heartland.
According to the website http://icasualties.org/, which tracks coalition casualties in Afghanistan and Iraq, so far 92 NATO soldiers, including 69 American and six British, have been killed in Afghanistan this year. Last year, 402 foreign troops were killed in the country.
