Woman killed in Pak missile strike

ASADABAD (PAN): A woman was killed and two children were wounded as a result of nearly 60 missiles fired by Pakistani forces into eastern Kunar province, officials said on Tuesday.

The Pakistan military slammed 59 missiles over the past 24 hours into the Nawa area of Sarkano district, the governor’s spokesman, Abdul Ghani Mosamam, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

He said the two injured children were stated to be in stable condition.
