KABUL’s southwestern border town of Chaman on Thursday, a media report said.
Quoting a senior local administration official, the Pakistani news site Dawn.Com said militants shot dead two Afghan police personnel in Kandahar province.
Their bodies had been recovered from Boghra, a locality near the border-crossing, the report said, quoting Chaman Assistant Commissioner Ismail Ibrahim.
A written statement was found with the dead bodies warning “those working with Afghan forces would meet the same fate”.
Later, the bodies were shifted to Chaman Civil Hospital for post-mortem. No one has so far claimed responsibility for the killings.
