Kabul residents complain water overflow on the street.

KABUL (PAN): The run-off from the recent rains in the capital city of Kabul caused serious challenges for the local residents.  During the heavy rains most of the streets and lanes and roads were blocked.  Most traffic could not move around and most of the people complained about the water entering their houses in different parts of Kabul city.
A number of Kabul citizens said, ”Disarranged programs of Kabul municipality have caused the people to suffer from the current situation.”
They have also said, “Kabul municipality has provided low quality of work so that low level of rains caused water to overflow in the city.”
