Police among 10 injured in Bannu bombing

KABUL’s northwestern district of Bannu on Friday, a media report said.

An assistant-sub inspector (ASI) was among those injured by the blast near Mandan Chowk in Bannu, Express News reported. The bomb was rigged to a motorcycle. Six civilians were also injured.

Police officials said that the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) targetted a police vehicle patrolling the area. Rescue reached the site and evacuated the injured to hospital.
