2 boys killed in Kunar militants attack

ASADABAD (Pajhwok): Two young boys were killed when militants fired rockets Marora district in eastern Kunar province on Wednesday, an official said.

Brig. Gen. Abdul Habib Sayedkhel, provincial police chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News the tragic incident took place at around 1:30pm.

Militants fired several rockets on Marora district, which left two young boys dead near river side. The victims were students of 6^th and 8^th classes respectively, he added.

He said police had started investigation to identify from where the rockets had been fired.
