UNAMA wishes all Afghans Eid Mubarak

KABUL.

“Sadly, the observance of Ramadan has been marked by violence,” the mission said in a statement.
“Going forward, UNAMA hopes that Eidul Fitr — a time when Afghans celebrate in spirit of goodwill and compassion –will be free from suffering and violence, allowing families and friends to gather in peace and harmony to mark this special occasion,” the statement said.

It said the UN Mission wished all Afghans “Eid Mubarak.”
