Most wanted Mafia leader arrested in capital Kabul (Video)

KABUL (PAN): Afghan Intelligence – National Directorate of Security (NDS) arrested one of the most wanted Mafia leaders in capital Kabul.

An intelligence official speaking on the condition of anonymity confirmed that the most wanted Mafia leader, Raees Khudaidad was arrested by intelligence operatives from Kabul city.

The official further added that Raees Khudaidad was under an arrest warrant during the past eight years as he was leading a major kidnapping network in capital Kabul and was involved in major criminal cases.
