KABUL beats Zimbabwe-A cricket team by 16 runs in the warm up one-day match played at Bulawayo, an official said on Monday.

Afghanistan set 210 runs target in 50 overs after the host team invited its rival to bat first. Usman Ghani 79 and Hashmatullah Shahidi 34 runs innings helped Afghanistan to set a decent target, the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

Farid Hotak said that Zimbabwe was unable to meet the target and all out within 49 overs. Zimbabwe scored 193 runs in reply. Afghanistan beat by 16 runs.
