CHARIKAR patrol in the Bagram district of central Parwan province on Tuesday, injuring one soldier, an official said.
The NATO-led troops were on a foot patrol in Nasro locality when came under attack at around 4:30pm, Parwan police chief Col. Mohammad Masoom told Pajhwok Afghan News.
He said the suicide bomber was identified by the foreign troops as he ran after them. The foreign troops bowed down to the ground before the attacker blew himself up.
There has been no word from the Taliban about the attack.
