MAIDAN SHAHR (Pajhwok): Five civilians, including a child, were injured in a roadside bombing in central Maidan Wardak province late on Thursday, an official said.
The blast took place in Karimdad area of the Nirkh district shortly after 5pm, the governor’s spokesman told Pajhwok Afghan News.
Attaullah Khogyani said the injured, including a six-year-old boy, had been brought to the central hospital in Maidan Shahr, the provincial capital. He said the condition of two wounded persons was stated to be critical.
