KABULinfo-icon (Pajhwok): Chief Executive Officer Dr. Abdullah Abdullah on Tuesday promised the new government would not allow the use of Afghanistaninfo-icon’s soil against anyone.

After the signing of two important security pacts with the US and NATOinfo-icon, Abdullah characterised the signing of the deals a well-thought-out step for Afghanistan’s security and stability.

National Security Advisor Hanif Atmar signed the vital accords with US Ambassador James B. Cunningham and NATO’s Senior Civilian Representative Maurits R. Jochems.

Abdullah hailed the agreement signing as a giant step toward stability in the country. The well-deliberated deals had been signed after long discussions based on Afghanistan’s requirements, he remarked.

“This is a very crucial step we are taking today. The implementation of this agreement will help us stand on our own feet and take charge og our security,” the CEO said.

“Afghanistan’s stability is in the interest of our neighbours and I want to tell them that the BSA enforcement will not harm the security of any country,” Abdullah said.
