Rocket strike thwarted in Kabul, claims spy service

KABUL) operatives on Thursday foiled a rocket attack on capital Kabul, the intelligence agency said.

A statement from the spy service said eight BM1 rockets ready for launch during Nawroz festivities were found in Khak-i-Jabbar district.

In a separate incident, two would-be suicide bombers were killed after they were identified by security forces in limits of the 6^th police district.

Police said one of them detonated his explosives but nobody was harmed in the incident
