Semi-higher education institute opens in Khost

KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): A semi-higher education instituted has opened in the Musakhel district of southeastern Khost province, an official said on Saturday.

The institute offers education in multiple disciplines, including economics, computer science, engineering and electrical technology.

Deputy Director of Education Matiullah Fazli told Pajhwok Afghan News called the opening of the institute as a useful step toward promoting education in Khost.   

“It represents hope for students having passed 9^th and 10^th grades or those who have failed the university entrance test,” the official said.
