100 trained in different programmes in Paktia
GARDAIZ (Pajhwok): Independent Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Commission (IARCSC) helped trained around one hundred trainees in different programmes in southeastern Paktia province.
Eng. Obaid Ullah Merhoni, director of IARCSC, told Pajhwok Afghan News on Monday that the participants received six-month long training in management, computer and English language courses.
Out of those trained persons, around 20 were female, he said, adding that it was the 9th batch of those graduated in different courses. He said the next batch would commence soon.
Addressing at the graduation ceremony, deputy Governor Abdul Wali Sahi said the training provided opportunities to young learners to enhance their skills. He stressed that the organization was needed to organize such training programmes for government officials too.
Noor Ullah Saber, a graduate from the training, said he learnt more in short span of time. He demanded the government to give priority to graduate people in government jobs.
